We had the pleasure of having Nikita look after our room this week, and she has been absolutely wonderful. Not only did she keep our room spotless and fresh every day, but she also went out of her way to be kind and thoughtful with us and our daughter. She was always so accommodating to our daughter’s nap schedule, working around it without hesitation, which made our stay so much more comfortable. Nikita’s warm attitude, attention to detail, and professionalism truly stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who combines such excellent service with genuine kindness. Stayed in this hotel for a week with my 11 and 14 years old kids. We had a big family room, my kids had enough space for privacy. Food was excellent, we used only main buffet restaurants and were happy with a choice. Big outdoor and indoor pools and sandy beach across the road made our days hassle free. We visited many beautiful and historical places in Malta. I downloaded Bolt taxi app, the taxi came in 1-4 min time and the prices were very reasonable (much cheaper than you will pay Uber in the U.K. for the same distance). There is a ferry Gozo terminal 7 min away from hotel by car. You are going free to Gozo and paying just €4.75 for adult and €1.80 for child on return trip. You will regret if you don’t go to Gozo ( 5500 years old temple, and a fort with a church Citadella in Victoria town) , Blue lagoon sunset boat trip, Mdina’s old town (medieval streets where you expect knights to pass through) , St.Paul’s Cathedral in Valletta (this place is incredibly beautiful). Enjoy your trip, you will not regret it.

We stayed at the hotel for two weeks in the middle of July. I've left my review several weeks so that I can write it objectively and try to take the emotion out of it. Everything was excellent except for two aspects. These two aspects are too important to ignore, and ones you need to be aware of before booking or going. Positives: Great location, just across the road from one of Malta's few beaches Staff were polite, friendly, smiles on everyone Check in and Check out quick, efficient and painless Food in the main restaurants and especially at the Speciality Restaurants was excellent. There is a wide variety of food at the two buffet restaurants, although Coral Restaurant far bigger with greater choice. Never a problem finding something to eat. There is also a Kid's Corner serving nuggets and chips if you have a fussy group member. Tip - Download the app for the Speciality restaurants - it worked well for us and managed to book all five some of them twice. Sunbeds were plentiful and in good condition. Never a problem getting a sunbed, and no need for the 0700 alarm to pop down and peg towels onto sunbeds. Still loads of sunbeds available at 1000. Pool towel change as often as you like in the shop in the basement. Never a problem. Tip - you will need 10 Euros CASH for each towel. Budget your cash for this. All Inclusive beers and wine decent. Spirits ok, but avoid the cocktails. Room was clean, tidy and spacious, with a decent sized balcony Room cleaned daily, bed sheets changed every 2 days, and towels whenever left on the bathroom floor. Good housekeeping. Negatives: Hotel staff are too passive and will not deal/confront a problem/incident when faced with it. Several earlier reviews allude to this. Example - Adult Swim Up Pool will continue serving alcohol to clearly drunk people. Dangerous mix of drunks in a pool. I witnessed one British lady semi-conscious through drink who had been pulled out of the Swim Up Pool. She was left lying on the 'too hot to walk on' tiles at the side of the pool in the 40 degree heat. There were two maintenance men re-gluing loose tiles to the pool steps who ignored her. I went over to the lady as she was clearly alone, and asked the 2 maintenance staff if she was going to be taken to the medical room. "We've told management" was the answer. Responsibility was passed on - not their problem any more. I was concerned about her, and managed to wake her and move her into the shade. Another member of staff came 10 minutes later with a wheelchair. Quite how he was going to get a semi conscious lady down 4 tiled steps to the wheelchair is anyone's guess. In the end, other Brit ladies took responsibility and managed to get the drunk lady into the wheelchair. This was a complete dereliction of the hotel's 'duty of care' to this lady. Yes it was self inflicted, but she should not have been served by bar staff, and certainly not just left as 'management' had been told. The main issue is the hotel owner or hotel management

I was a little nervous when going due to reading all the previous reviews from people's recent visits especially to do with the day pass visitors. Well what I can say is we had no issues what so ever with day passes. The hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff were very friendly and approachable. On arriving the hotel is in a beautiful location with the beach literally just across the way. Our room was a very good size we were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). There was no issues with getting a sun bed even kn the peak of holiday season. Only downside we had we didn't get to try the adult pool as we had kids hahaha. We did get a bit bored around the pool as we were there for 11 days, so did go visit popeye village which was a really good day out. We also went to the waterpark. The food at the hotel was amazing. We had no issues getting booked into one of the special restaurants which you can only book 1 per week you stay. We did bowling at the hotel, we did swimming, we did entertainment, we went to the beach. Only thing we didn't try was the child's kids club as our daughters just loved the pool. With regards to the pool we could only wished the kids pool with the pirate ship and slide was more of a splash park zone as it is a very small pool. But the large pool soon makes up for space with lots of jumping on and swimming like mermaids. Beware the floor around the pool does get hot so wear shoes when walking to get your drinks from the bar. Overall first holiday in 3 years and we loved it. Thank you DB Seabank

A great stay when looking for an all inclusive holiday in Malta! We went during the May half term, weather was 28 degrees the whole week. The staff were lovely and helpful, especially when we looked to book excursions. We chose the parasailing and would 100% recommend. Never struggled for a sunbed, we chose the adults only pool with the swim up bar. Great range of cocktails. Food was excellent, 7 restaurants and so much choice of different cuisines. The main all inclusive restaurant has something for everyone.😋 Room was lovely, especially as we had a balcony that overlooked the pool. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel, we will definitely come back soon.
