Facilities: When I booked, I was drawn to the bathroom window's promise of a great view. However, upon arrival, I was utterly disappointed. The window opened directly onto a building less than 10 meters away. I then realized that the more expensive room types were on lower floors, and below the tenth floor, the view from the window was almost completely obstructed. The scenery shown in the promotional images was a total deception. Cleanliness: Overall, the hygiene was quite good. Environment: It's located at the end of Chinatown, and the tram stop is right downstairs, which is very convenient. Service: Pretty good. Finally, a heads-up to friends driving: absolutely do NOT fall for the parking garage entrance ads that claim parking after a certain time costs only around twenty-something dollars! It's a complete scam. We parked after 5 PM, and the next day, it showed a charge of $170! When we went to check, the outdoor ad had changed too. That's when I discovered that all the reviews for this parking garage on Google Maps were from people who had been scammed. It's truly disgusting. We contacted the hotel, and they managed to get it reduced to $60.

We just got back from an amazing 5-night stay at Rydges Ringwood with our group of 8 rooms, and honestly, it was brilliant, everything went so smoothly. Tonya from the team was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was super responsive, genuinely helpful, and really went the extra mile to make sure we had exactly what we needed. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, the location is perfect, and the staff were always friendly and ready to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks so much to Tonya and the whole team. 🙌

This hotel is located in a golf course community with upscale residences, a golf club, and the hotel itself. The whole environment is incredibly comfortable, and what's even better is the abundance of wildlife; you can observe kangaroos up close. It's much better than just wandering around parks. The hotel breakfast is also quite rich, and many people choose to hold their weddings here. Plus, the price isn't expensive. Highly recommended!
