Good location and easy to find and next to flinders station. The hotel staff is helpful but they don’t have toothpaste and toothbrush in room you just need to order it yourself.

The hotel is situated in a prime location within walking distance of the shops and laneways in the city. The AC and the hari dryer in the first room did not work. The staff moved us into another room, but we had to pack everything we unpacked and resettle in again. These basic amenities should be checked prior to letting the room. The second room we were moved into had lots of hair/ fur on the carpet. We only noticed it the next day and was fed up by then as we were checking out in a few more hours.

An elegant hotel in a good location just close to everything we need. Beautiful lobby, clean common areas, and a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. Comfy bed and convenient parking. Decent breakfast and friendly restaurant staff make your day. Only a downside was housekeeping keep asking us when will you check out while we are going out for breakfast and coming back to our room, but it will not bother us for our visit again. Thanks for having us.

Rooms were a little small and shower was very small. Only Queen size bed and they upgraded our room which was not an upgradeLocation is great but parking is an issue here as they have no valet parking.
