Amazing hotel, the room was perfect with every convenience needed for a great stay loved the kitchen and had everything to cook and clean, plenty of room to move around great size balcony

It's only two minutes' walk to St Kilda Road and you can take any of the seven trams to the city. Very convenient. The room is very decent in size and the view is nice. The only complaint I have is the ceiling lights are so dim that I couldn't even pack/unpack my luggage in the evening. The bathroom lights are motion triggered and only work when it is dark enough. I had difficulties shaving in the morning. I think it's a design fault.

Very stylish decor and comfortable furnishings in the apartment-hotel. Our room was more hotel room with a kitchen counter than a studio apartment. However the fridge, microwave and sink were adequate for simple meals. Views not great as you look out onto the building next door. Not many shops etc. nearby but tram route around the corner.

The two people at the reception were both absolutely lovely.  The room was well cleaned and the fridge and dishwasher came in handy. The bedlights in the headboard were handy and the curtains blocked out outside rather well. We did have a problem with parking not redeeming but a two minute phone call fixed that and we were buzzed out. Would happily book here again

Nice boutique hotel located 15 min from CBD by tram. Rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable, nice view. Good value for money

I always enjoy staying at the Kinson, St Kilda Rd Melb, as it is well located with being close to the city, sporting venues, the theatres in the city, walking or by tram to the retail stores and restaurants in South Yarra and others close by.  The rooms are very comfortable, stylish and most all the beds are supper comfymost of all the beds are supper comfyspaciousstylishappoin, meticulously clean and spacious.

While the room was spacious and nicely furnished, with a decent kitchen (once the necessary appliances were finally provided), the service was truly unacceptable. The staff was extremely unfriendly, making us feel like second-class guests. We witnessed them openly talking negatively about other customers right in front of us, which was both unprofessional and uncomfortable. Upon arrival, we were left waiting in the lobby for an unreasonable amount of time, even though it was already past the check-in time. Additionally, the bathroom sink was clogged, the room service never showed up despite our requests, and getting basic kitchen items required repeated trips to the front desk. The location was decent, but the poor service completely overshadowed any positives and just gave you a really bad feeling. For a hotel in this category, I expected much better. Until they significantly improve their customer service, I would not recommend staying here.
