Property Details: All 4 bedrooms are located on the south side of the house along with the guest bathroom. The main living room and dining area (with coffee bar) are in the center of the house with large sliding doors to the enclosed Florida room (which includes a bar, football, air hockey and mini pool table). The open concept kitchen is brand new as of December 2024, and has a service door directly to the bar in the Florida room. There is a second living area with a sofa bed and games/DVDs, and office area for working remotely (with a sliding door for privacy from the kitchen). The powder room is connected to the laundry room. Outside we have a solar-heated saltwater pool in a fully fenced in yard, that also includes a double sized outdoor shower. We provide a Traeger wood pellet smoker grill (please only use if you are familiar with wood pellet smokers).
