This hotel gave us a bad feeling. The receptionist was very unprofessional. There were very few clothes hangers in the room, so I asked him to send a few clothes hangers. After blowing the clothes three times, he only sent three broken clothes hangers in the middle of the night. Then I found out that $26.86 was deducted from my bill. Moreover, our room reservation included two meals. The breakfast front desk told us that because the chef was ill, breakfast would not be provided, and there was no apology or compensation.

Whoever cleaned the room you could tell was in a hurry. Whoever inspected the room didn't really inspect it. Stop pressing the toilet paper against the faucet that is very unsanitary. The toilet paper holder disgusting. The baseboards in the bathroom even worse. Stains on the sheets the room smelled like mold. There was dust on the headboards the picture frames. They got some nerve charging people $100 incidental fee. I didn't want to write a review because I was afraid I wasn't going to get my money back, and I was correct I received a refund last night for one cent. Thankfully I have pictures and I hope they do too. Because I would like to know why I only received one cent of my hundred dollars.

Hotel on a whole was nice, but a bit dated. The lobby had a charm to it and the staff was very nice. The bedroom was well kept, furniture was also a bit dated. Bathroom was nice but you could see that it a bit of a face lift. Hopefully this will be one of the IHG to get a remodel soon, but keep the Charm of the hotel.

I loved the h street grille and the bartender made some great drinks. But this hotel wouldn’t let them change the tv to the Foot ball game. Everyone at bar wanted the big game but they have a rule where it could not be changed. We had to watch a basketball game. So had to go back to my room.

When you say pet friendly it should be clear that there is an additional fee. It did not say it on my confirmation. I found the room was in need of repairs in the bathroom and the walls in the room. The air conditioner was dirty and had mold inside the unit

Excellent customer service from Rachel (front desk), the young lady working the bar Sat nite and the young woman trying to cover breakfast by herself Sun AM. However, this hotel is waayy overdue for maintenance and upgrades. I've been staying here over 30 years, when it was called the Imperial Comfort Inn (The Hotel to the Stars!). The original owner, Judge Joe Marceso is rolling over in his grave, sorry Joe (RIP).

Nice facility. Staff was especially friendly and cordial. especially Jacqueline who was our waitress in the restaurant. She is definitely a "Keeper" as an employee!
