環境還是挺好的 房間都還是很大很舒服。裝潢裝飾很不錯，很新。但是來了，第一熱水，我看評論有人就説十分鐘沒有熱水，嘿我還不信，結果真的沒得，放十分鐘冷水，我發現你們也是真不嫌水費貴。第二空調，衹有風沒有涼意。第三，智能系統，智能燈光想當雞肋，冷光線路設計相當混亂.希望改進

酒店比較新，設施裝修也不錯。但服務人員明顯配備不足。節日期間前台居然衹有一個工作人員，關鍵給了間衞生沒做的房間出來，雖然換了房並升級了房型，但五星級酒店出現這種錯誤説明管理確實存在較大問題。
