"Tucked away from the bigger resorts of the west coast on Maggiore this is a little gem. Everyone is very friendly and because of its size it does have more of a community feel. Arona is 5 mins away and has plenty of restaurants, Stresa is about 15mins away and has plenty of more touristy restaurants to choose from. However the food in the hotel itself is excellent. If you don’t want to drive there are bus stops just outside the hotel."

"One of the worst place to eat or spend a night in the Lago Maggiore. The cocktails we ordered I don't have words to describe, the service was poor, the food wasn't not value for the money especially seafood dishes. I will not come back to this place."
