服務：週四下午來到知北村。進村先去服務中心辦理入住。小院管家幫着提行李，帶去預訂的院落～一路講解入住須知，進屋講解屋裡的各種用品、設備使用須知，挺細心的。
入住需要300按金，微信付，退房時，不用去前台辦理，打個電話告訴前台退房，把房卡留在屋裡就可以走了，按金原路退回，有事電話溝通，非常便捷。
設施：定的覓北小院，和其它共12户在一個大院子裏，進大院門需要密碼，大門將住客與熙熙攘攘的遊客自然隔開。到自己居住的小院子裏，也需要密碼，最後是房門刷房卡，三重保障，小院真的做到了鬧中取靜，設計非常人性化！點贊！
衞生：本應都給5星，奈何屋裡有幾衹蒼蠅，追着打了半天，還是有點美中不足，所以給了4.5。
環境：知北村傍晚夜裡都超美！這一晚，我們住村裡，做一天村民～
用餐：早餐廳就在大院裏，出了小院就是。早餐35元一位，價格決定品質，跟星級酒店比不了，但對得起這個價格！每人給個餐盤，裏面的吃食是按位，黃色包子是柳蒿芽餡兒的，很有野趣。其他還有一些自取的放在自助餐枱，有牛奶豆漿炒飯，兩個熱菜，麪包，粥和鹹菜等等。醬料台也很豐富，蝦皮紫菜都有，旁邊有個鍋，看上去像是可以單點餛飩的樣子，不過我沒有點，不知道是否真的給單煮。遺憾的是沒有咖啡，如果再配上咖啡，35元就更值得了。

衞生，服務，設施都很滿意！但是房間位置真的太吵了，既然景區裏有住宿，為什麼不能單獨設定一個區域呢，這個房間遊客就在窗户底下走來走去，聲音巨大，一點都不隔音，大門還有安全隱患，為了防止其他遊客進入院子，要單獨上一個鎖，門又不好使，把我的手夾掉一大塊皮，當時就出血了！

一早六點出頭，酣睡正香，就聽屋外duangduangduang的不停有榔頭敲擊牆壁的聲音，持續三五分鐘不停，忍無可忍走到屋外查看，發現是一個大爺在用釘子往牆上釘爬山虎。六點，釘爬山虎。。。詢問之後大爺説是有人安排這麼乾的，我問“那是誰安排的，電話給我一下”，大爺來了一句，“*，不讓幹就不幹唄，説那幹啥”之後事了拂衣去，深藏功與名。嗯，這個回答也很到位。。。早上六點，有人安排，敲各家民宿的牆，釘爬山虎。。。為了白天園區外的遊客進來看到的是比較鄉村的景象。初衷挺好的，但感覺好像是金玉其外，敗絮其中呢。在園區領導吩咐大爺這麼幹活的時候，是否可以考慮考慮我們這幫花着比園區外亞朵貴一倍價錢自己提着大包小包步行進來，想要體驗一把寧靜新農村生活的冤大頭們的感受呢。
和管家溝通後，有領導上門道歉，態度誠懇，這點要表揚，但問起是否可以請早上罵人的大爺過來道歉，卻被告知大爺是臨時工已經被趕走了，也沒有聯繫方式，找不來了。
這就又有個問題了，不明來路，沒有入職手續，甚至沒有聯繫方式的臨時工可以扛着梯子拎着榔頭在園區裏走來走去，安全性又要打個問號。
本人比較看重睡眠質量及服務態度，由於沒能得到當事人的道歉，衹能客觀給出一份差評。這份差評僅代表我自己這一晚的住宿體驗，希望店家可以積極整改，為今後入住的客人帶來更好的體驗。

民宿就在知北村裡，院子裏很漂亮很乾凈，有好多花，環境也比較安靜，我們訂的歡遇小院有兩道門，私密性很好，入住送了爆米花，早餐也可以，吃得飽，黃色的包子很好吃。

非常滿意，環境不錯，五一去的，還好在景區入住的，全是人，可以在早晚拍拍周邊的景色，就是車開不進去。我們四大四小三家完全能住下，榻榻米很大。性價比也很高。

提前溝通好預留了一個帶院子的雙床間 到的比較早 正常是兩點入住 但是看我們帶個小寶寶 提前幫我們收拾房間並辦理入住太貼心啦 確實是旅遊度假的感覺 行程不緊 按自己需求來 知北村的物價太感人了！什麼都不貴！期待下次開花的時候再來！
