房型與照片相符。衞生間雖不是乾濕分離但面積較大，廚房有單眼氣灶（有氣無鍋），配有冰箱洗衣機。床上衞生不錯，卧具無異味，邊角衞生還需加強。停車有些不方便，白天還可以8點～20點小區內可以停車，但晚八點前必須將車挪到小區外，關鍵是外面附近馬路兩邊車停的滿滿當當，無縫可插，方圓1公里內能找到停車的位置就算運氣比較好了。

梅河口馬路很寬雙向六車道，住的小區也不錯，房間是一室一廳，客廳大，床也很大，適合一家三口出行，房東大姐很熱情，服務周到，明年還會再來的。
