Beautiful and clean room. Nice grounds. Comfortable bed. I usually stay with family, however there were a lot of us in town.I will stay again if I need a room. Easy check in and check out. I really appreciate and enjoyed the natural soaps, shampoo and lotion.

For what we wanted, we got we were happy. We were a group who wanted to have a place all of could be together to go ride ATV's near beautiful mountain trails. We rented the "house cabin". 6 beds ( 3 full, queen) 3 twins. Kitchen, living room and a nice porch to sit outside w fire pit. Only one bathroom and you have to enter it thru a bedroom :-(. Nice, helpful owners. Plenty of ATV parking

Newly remodeled and recently opened. I don't think the cabins can be rented yet. Wood floor, fresh paint, and modern wood furniture make a difference. A modern look that I found pleasant. They were the lowest rate in town: $90/night where everywhere else was $120 and up. The platform bed was comfortable. I always appreciate when the AC/heat unit has a "constant fan" feature to drown out unwanted external noise. More on that later. TV was internet-only. That was fine, since I was able to use my Netflix and Amazon logins to watch. And I used my phone to login to my cable provider and watch real-time shows on it. The provided coffee in the room was downright drinkable. No breakfast provided though. The other review here mentioning bashing your shin on the low-slung platform bed was right on. One of my hits drew blood. They just need some kind of cushion added to the corners for when you're stumbling around at night. Neighbor noise was a small issue, not due to being boisterous but I suspect due to the fact that the building itself is old and not well insulated for sound. So the "constant fan" mode on the AC unit was much appreciated. The bathroom fan was loud, and neighbor fans could also be heard. Lighting over the sink, and also outside, was way too bright. I unscrewed two of the three sink bulbs, but unfortunately the outside lights could not be dimmed, and bled through the closed window shades/curtain.

If I can overlook the check-in, the room itself (though definitely NOT the motel exterior) was clean, modern, and comfortable. The check-in at 7:15 pm was difficult, as no staff was on premises and we needed service. The online booking which I double-checked with my screen shot, resulted in a different room than what we had selected, and the phone was never answered, going straight to voicemail. We tried several times with no success. Being tired, we accepted the incorrect room. We were told by others at the motel that lack of availability of the motel staff was standard. Completely poor customer service. Additionally, the non-smoking policy is not enforced on the common balcony upstairs, so we had to deal with smoke wafting into our room when the door was opened.
