PLEASE READ CAREFULLY do not stay in this hotel. There are perverts at this hotel. If you are a woman with daughters or just a woman, do not stay! Firstly, the hotel is disgusting and has very small rooms and the Asian staff are perverts!! I will provide pictures of the room and what the housekeeping is doing they are from PAKISTAN, INDIA, and BANGLADESH. (PERVERTS). We asked for toilet paper and a tissue box and housekeeping gave us two pieces of toilet paper on top of the tissue box, late evening I was going g to use the tissue box and I saw a drawing on it... sick perverts from Bangladesh. Asain. The housekeeping keeping is heard from all the corridors and are loud speaking in their language... knocking on your doors and running off, uneducated uncivilised people. The receptionist will give you an early check-in, but it will be a rundown room.. used bed covers, dirty toilets, carpet stained, lamps stained, curtains not opening etc all pictures will be attached. The Saudi citizens are very respected and respectful towards the women, especially Abdelrahman, who checked us in, but they should remove the BENGALI WORKERS! Please read the reviews before booking. I'm stunned to see how disrespectful these Asian workers are and how little minds they have! In a place like Madinah with so little respect and having a mind of GOOD they think SICK...! Deport these Asians back!!! They are heard singing away, and the cleaning is out of the question. Asking for a simple toilet paper or a bar of soup is hazardous for them, let alone they will come to clean the room!!! SHAME ON YOU BENGALI WORKERS YOU HAVE NO DIGNITY YOU!!! I will go as far as I can as this is a security breach! I came across two reviews, which stunned me why it's still on other and Trip.com websites, this hotel should be closed down. The room door hole is blurred so that no one can see. The staff are very sketchy! Please, don't waste your money in this hotel. They entered rooms when one was not around. Regardless, you've got the "Do not disturb sign on" Why would these workers enter without your knowledge and start knocking on the doors and then quickly disappearing? In any emergency, do not rely on the receptionist as they never pick the calls up. It's a dated hotel, with no organised staff, just for the money... they do not respect the Hajji it's just for the dollar... a great shame it's become a business... we left early hours of the morning as we stayed in the room after reading the reviews and wasted more time. .. the itching after sleeping on the beds I'm not sure why everything stunk from the room to the washrooms.. NEVER AGAIN.

We received small room because at the corner side and we want changed another room but no actions from receptionist😒 The receptionist is very not tolerate with the customer

Hotel location was amazing, staff was great and very helpful. Room could be more clean though.

I payed for a 2 room signature suite. The rooms were very small. Not enough sockets, could only open the the fridge a fraction as the bed was in the way. The safe didn’t work properly either.
