Selvario 36 Hotel is beautifully hidden among tropical foliage giving a welcoming feel as you enter the lobby reception. The staff were warm and welcoming and checking was smooth and easy. They explained all the hotel amenities and genuinely interested in making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Food service was excellent, as were the food choices. Breakfast was filling and delicious. The lobby and rooftop bars were well staffed and provided an excellent selection of liquors, cocktail and beverage options. The rooms may be a bit small, but clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. The hotel is in a great spot for walkability, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. Easy transportation to most areas are available. I highly recommend the Selvario 36 Hotel, and will definitely book here again the next time we return to Medellin.

What a beautiful boutique hotel. The front staff are so helpful and congenial. They helped me arrange a flight from the airport to the hotel. They provided breakfast. They even help me buy wine. Diego was so friendly, and Philippe went out and got wine for me because the restaurant was closed. I forgot my power bank on the way to the hotel and Diego not only called me but my friend to make sure I was able to return to pick it up.

From check-in to check-out, my stay was wonderful. The staff was friendly and inviting. The room was beautifully decorated and was nice and clean. The breakfast was fresh and flavorful. The hotel location was perfect, close to everything. 10/10 stay.

My first day at the hotel was very good. It was amazing. I came late and they still had my room available for me. The staff the cleaning crew the manager everyone was very professional nice and kind and every last one I’m speak English, which is a plus for me because my Spanish is horrible. Very thankful for the hospitality and love. This was the best birthday experience I’ve ever had.
