The hotel was great, right in the middle of the action. In particular, I think they may have the best concierge in the Medellin game. Jessica Diaz helped us unlock the magic of Medellin. From eating at El Cielo, to seeing the most amazing nightlife! The Charlee was a great hotel and we will certainly stay there again next time we are in Medellin.

Our stay at Charlee was incredible! The room was comfortable with plenty of space and the views were unbelievable. We ate at both restaurants multiple times during our stay which had delicious food and cocktails. The concierge, Jessica, went out of her way to give us an unforgettable experience during our first visit to Medellín. Can’t wait to stay here again.

I travel a lot and this is THE CHARLEE HOTEL is at the top of the list for me. From start to finish the customer service is probably the best I’ve ever received from any country or hotel. The hospitality was EXTREMELY attentive whenever needed. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and all the food was fresh. The hotel has top notch security and is a safe environment. They have security at the front door of the entrance and the security team is on high alert for your safety. If you need transportation to and from the airport give them a call and they will organize it for you. They do have bilingual host at the front desk and are extremely attentive. The gym and pool has AMAZING views and the in room jacuzzi makes the Charlee Hotel surpass any hotel in the area. Great restaurants right next door and La Provenza is a 4 min walk away. Location is super clean. If you’re considering between hotels the Charlee Hotel is a 100% must book experience.

An absolutely incredible hotel in such a wonderful location. Staff is super friendly. Feels very safe and the entire environment is very clean and well kept. The rooms are beautiful and the restaurant attached has amazing food/breakfast/drinks. The bar is very cute. Everyone here is very welcoming. 10/10 experience. Would absolutely come back.
