Strange hotel. New and quiet away from the craziness of lleras which are positives. However, the design is just odd. Strange snacks in the mini bar, strange things in the room, dark halls with eerie music playing, they are trying too hard to be overly hip. Not worth the price compared with other hotels nearby.

Buena opción por la zona para estar en el centro pero sin estar en el ojo del huracán de la fiesta, como en el hotel Marquee (donde pasé una noche y tuve que hacer check out por no poder dormir hasta las 4am). Buenas instalaciones y personal agradable.

We stayed here for our anniversary and we really enjoyed this unique hotel. It’s not the average hotel which is rooms as blocks on top and next of each other. It’s very green with lots of trees and plants. We were helped as we came down the stairs from the streetlevel to the reception and offered a drink during check-in. The room was clean and unique. Some people complain rooms are dark but black is their style. The room was very nice. Breakfast was great with a main plate to order and a buffet. We enjoyed our one-night stay and can really recommend this hotel.

I really wanted to like this place nfortunately too many annoying experiences at the hotel made this ultimately a hard “no”. Let’s start with the positives. The room is comfortable, well equipped and modern. The location is great. Now the negatives: Food: Breakfast isn’t good. Not enough buffet selection. The hot dishes I tried were unpleasant and service is disorganised. I tried two restaurants. Mekong which is Asian fusion - about 4/10. And the rooftop restaurant which was an easy 1/10. Pretty nasty and expensive food. Staff: Front desk understaffed and overwhelmed. Meant frustrating wait times and long queues. Afterhours staff: Quite simply unpleasant and hostile. In one particular incident that stayed with me, staff member shoved his food in the lift door to prevent it from closing before proceeding to carry out validation checks. Behaved like a member of FARC - not someone in hospitality. That said, other were staff were terrific but unfortunately this is what stayed with me. It’s penny-pinching: No free water in the room (my pet hate), one coffee capsule provided (extra charged at $2 each), no robes etc The hotel is a bit schizophrenic to be honest but ultimately if the food is lousy and the staff unpleasant you best stay elsewhere.
