The suite rooms are large and comfortable. Staff are friendly and breakfast is good, although not everything is ready at once. Unfortunately the outside noise is too much.

For the business trip was normal, nothing special. One of our colleagues got rooms with a broken AC. But it was nice cause this hotel together with A&W

Basic room but clean ( not comfy though). Strategic location within walking distance to Plaza Medan Fair and Damri bus station to/fro Kuala Namu Airport. Kakiku massage just steps away. Breakfast is simple but adequate.

Amazingly helpful staff. Biggest room I have stayed in. It felt like a home. Good location. Breakfast is average at best. Has an A and W next to reception so that’s a plus. Highly recommend budget accommodation.

My room was pretty basic but comfortable. The staff was kind enough, and breakfast was delicious.

There are cockroaches in the room. The window of the room you can stay in is between two walls less than one meter apart or in one of two connected rooms. One of the two rooms has a lock, but you don't. This is the first time I've encountered one.

The place is comfortable, children are also comfortable to rest, the bathroom is clean, soap, towels, toiletries are available, hot water works, at an affordable price but the place is cozy.

Location is ok. Room is comfortable.

Strategic location in the city center. Quite clean, comfortable. The kids also slept soundly. Breakfast is also quite delicious. Have stayed at this hotel several times. Highly recommended.

The room is quite clean but there are cockroaches, the AC is not cold enough. Hotel employees are friendly.
