Knightsbrook Hotel & Golf Resort ★★★★
"Lovely hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Kids loved the pool. Food was great too"
Carton House, a Fairmont Managed Hotel ★★★★★
"Top class all round except food in carriage house far too expensive."
Great National Hamlet Court Hotel ★★★
"The kindness shown to myself and my friends was incredible. We were in Enfield to attend our dear friends funeral. We stoped at The Hamlet for coffee. When I tried to pay the bill they insisted it was on them as they knew why we were in town. Little small acts of kindness like this doesn’t go unnoticed and this small act made us all smile on what was a very sad day for us. We all decided that we will pay it forward in some way. The coffee was wonderful and the hotel had a peaceful and comfortable vibe."
Castle Arch Hotel ★★★
"Double bed very small , noise from extractors all night quite loud Dirty cutlery at breakfast"
Bellinter House ★★★★
"Service staffs were cool and aloof We had a lousy room with a walk-in patio fronted by 2 unused make-up tables, feel like a store for old furniture."
Trim Castle Hotel ★★★★
"Toilet is a little old and mattress is old too. Gym is too busy and packed"
Dalys Inn ★★★
"It was clean and so quite place it was a great experience"
Knightsbrook Hotel Courtyard Accommodation ★★★★

Lough Bawn House
"A little piece of heaven in the Westmeath countryside. From the moment you arrive you are transported back to a kinder and gentler time. We arrived on a rainy Fall day but the scenery couldn’t have been more beautiful. The view of the lake over the rolling hills and countless white sheep is spectacular. We were met at the front door by the owner, Verity and one or her two dogs Nutmeg. Verity informed us that we would have the house to ourselves that night and led us to the Copper Beech room our lovely accommodation for the night. Verity invited us to get settled and then join her down stairs. A wonderfully gracious host, she served us hot tea and fresh baked lemon cake in front of a warm fire in the sitting room. While there, she made several dinner suggestions and gave us a key to the house so that we could come and go as we please. We took a walk through the grounds, walking amongst the sheep and marveling at the beautiful vistas. Our room was spotlessly clean and bright with a wonderful king bed and soaking tub. The next morning we had a traditional breakfast in the dining room at a beautifully decorated table looking across the fields at the lake. Breakfast was perfect and we spent some time getting to know our host. What a gem! The whole experience was magical and we will surely be back!"
Collon House
"We enjoyed the most spectacular stay in Collon House. It is a stunning estate and a marvelous location. The estate is gorgeous and magnificently appointed. Michael and Johm were the most charming and welcoming hosts. It achieves our highest recommendation - a must stay. (We hid our room key to we could attempt to stay longer) Thank you Michael and John."
The Station House Hotel
"Unfortunately my wife and I were only able to stay one night but it was a lovely experience. The hotel and the grounds are wonderful, the room was quaint with even a dial telephone. The restaurant was closed the night we were there so we ate on the terrace. The food was great and the breakfast was excellent. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Recommended."
