When I arrived, there was a girl laying on the couch sprawled on top of who I assumed was either her husband or boyfriend. I mistakenly assumed this was a guest until she asked if I was checking in. I was shocked not only because of that but because she was in a t-shirt and yoga pants. It was not a great first impression as the attire was completely unprofessional. This impression was made worse when she mentioned she was the front office manager. It went further downhill from there. I was put in two different rooms, and they were both beyond dirty. Didn't want to step into the shower without flip-flops as the bottom was black. Shower doors had water spots/ soap scum all over. Microwave disgusting in first room and not clean in second either. All mirrors were streaked or not clean at all with fingerprints. Kurig in the second room had mold, which says how often it's cleaned. Hotel info was stuck to the table and left a ring on the table when picked up. The beds in both rooms were covered in hair. Seriously, I don't know how these rooms passed the inspection of the head housekeeper. I wouldn't stay here again.

We stayed going and coming back from SD what I liked the most clean clean. Also the breakfast to go for us ppl that leave at 4am but she also had many options out already so we was able to have breakfast!!! Thank you
