Peaceful Place We enjoyed our stay at this house. A little distance from town but that’s what we like. Very peaceful and a unique old house.

loved it the water pressure in the kitchen was bad and we literally could not find the ponds but those are my only two complaints . The reviews abt the ac being trash are people who just don’t know how to use it tbh, my group figured it out and it got icy cold. The pictures don’t do the place justice it is way better in person . The tv worked and the rooms were nice . There were great cooking utensils . I thoroughly enjoyed the place me and my group had the best time . Thank you for a great stay :)

Cute place The house was super cute, liked all that was available, however guests need to be able to adjust temperature as needed for personal comfort and not just have a preset of 77 degrees. One could hardly stay inside as it was hot, humid and uncomfortable. It only slightly cooled off at night. We had to open the doors to be able to keep it decent inside. Also can ya make sure there are batteries for the remotes? We had to go buy batteries. Also can there be an option of TV service in at least the master bedroom? We sleep with noise and the TV on. We don’t have ROKU but were able to navigate to some nature shows we prefer watching. That’s really the only thing I would be mindful of for the house. Now onto the ease of getting to fishing ponds. The pictures show nicely maintained ponds, this was FAR from what we experienced. We had to wade through grass and weeds that LITERALLY came up waist level and some places higher. There was huge amount of ticks due to the extremely tall un managed field. The one pond where the picnic table is wasnt NEAR what it showed in the pictures. There was only one area to cast off and that was very difficult due to the canopy of tree branches that where overgrown. The rest of the edge and surrounding areas of the pond was surrounded by overgrown trees and the poison Ivy, Oak, and Sumac where out of control. The pond was surrounded at least or up to 3 feet from waters edge of all 3 of these poisonous plants. More review space is needed.

Weekend fishing trip Everything was as described in the listing. I took my kids out there to fish. They caught fish in both ponds and we walked down to the lake. The lake cove was nice and private. Will definitely stay again.

Paradise Dave was a awesome man! Quick to respond and a lot of help for finding stuff around the lake! The ranch house has lake access right off the property and a incredible view of the lake right off the back patio. I can't wait to schedule another visit to this same place! We had an incredible 4th of July with memories that will last a life time! Thank you Dave!

Vacation Time We really enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful area. There were only a couple of minor things that we would have preferred been different. 1) no water pressure in kitchen sink; 2) the double-size mattress has seen better days; 3) the sustain peddle on the piano doesn't work. I was thrilled when I saw that there was a piano, but it wasn't in working condition; 4) it would be nice if the front porch steps had a hand rail. But overall, very pleasant stay.
