The room was clean not by a lot going on quick fast food restaurants close by. Staff disappointing It would be polite and great customer service to greet your guest with a nice welcome a simple hello welcome to Days Inn would have did it instead I’m greeted awkward stares and upon Turing in my key the front staff was sleep at least a nice farewell instead door cracked and mad he was woke up from his slumber rather have a staff meeting and inform them it’s free to at least be polite even if your going to sleep on the job.

Rooms were not clean, and it smelled terrible we called front desk to change room but they told us that they are having renovation so they can’t help us. There were bugs in the room.

Clean but lacked comfort
The room was very clean, however, the mattresses were like rocks, the pillows were flat, and the blankets were not heavy enough to provide any warmth. The tv did not work either. I'm glad i only stayed 1 night because any longer and i wouldn't have gotten any sleep. On the bright side, the fridge was larger than the average motel with a nice size freezer. The microwave worked well, and the ac worked well. If you like a super firm mattress, and light blankets, this might work well for you!

Stayed for two nights. The door to the main lobby is always locked with a sign saying “Be back in 10 mins” with a phone number. Very inconvenient for check in and check out, and we were not able to get coffee. The room itself was visibly dirty with dust and hair. It smelled of human urine in the bathroom and in the closet. The floor was slippery like something oily was on the floor and had not been cleaned properly, or that they used dirty mop water. Never returning to this location.

No soap in the showers, 2 shower towels for two double beds, which is for more than 2 people dead bugs on floor corners.

Felt Unsafe and Overcharged for Poor Conditions
I do not recommend this hotel. I paid $130 and was expecting a much better experience. Instead, I felt unsafe from the moment I arrived. The area was sketchy, with people hanging around outside smoking and drinking. There were dirty shoes left by the entrance, and the garbage bins around the property were overflowing.
Inside the room, things were no better. The bathroom was not properly cleaned—there was even an old bar of soap left behind by a previous guest. That’s completely unacceptable and shows a lack of attention to cleanliness and hygiene. Overall, I felt very insecure and uncomfortable throughout my stay. I would not return and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Good customer service, nasty rooms
The cleanliness of the room was not good. There was dust everywhere, the chair that was in the room was so dirty, that we had to get an extra sheet just to sit on it. The tub was rusted and looked dirty. The bathroom floor wasn’t mopped, it was dirty in the corners of every part of the room. The bed was very uncomfortable. Very hard, like I was sleeping in concrete. My back was hurting very badly in the morning. There was a spider in the bathroom, cracks in the corners. The “light breakfast” was only a chocolate chip bar and coffee. Overall, it could’ve been better. I will not be staying there again.
