We stayed one night on our way from Michigan to Florida. Convenient location, right off 75. Clean room, great shower, nice breakfast. Staff was friendly. However, noise from the highway is significant. We were in an even numbered room, the odd numbered rooms may be a bit protected from some of the noise

200 for a room that’s normally about half of that. Price gouging because of a hurricane and taking financial advantage of folks evacuating. Pretty despicable. I worked for Hilton for 12 years This is not how Conrad Hilton would want his legacy to be tainted.

Stopped for a night on a road trip. Hotel was clean and room layout is very convenient. Plenty of plugs for electronics by the beds. Breakfast area was very clean and had good choices that satisfied the two of us. We usually stay at Hamptons and I think the bed and pillow comfort level at Hamptons is better than Tru but would stay at this Tru again.

Worst stay ever, I will never stay there again. Front check-in staff was nasty. The bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows were bad and many different sizes. The thermostat in the room was now working correctly. And a light by the bed was broken and did not work.

The hotel structure and amenities are fine but at least in the room 411 I was in, the road noise was absolutely terrible. I assume the other side, away from the highway, would be better but Hilton should really not be selling space with that big a noise issue.

I’m a Hilton diamond member so I’m very loyal to Hilton and stayed in many of their hotels. This was the first and the last time staying at their Tru brand. This hotel was terrible. Like staying at a motel 6. Only saving thing was the night manager Tamika (?) tried her best and went above and beyond to try and get the new tv in our room working. She was friendly and tried her hardest. Pros - Tamika (positive attitude and excellent customer service) Cons - Mattress lumpy, pillows were thin and seen better days, caked up dirt in corners, one dirty chair to sit on in room, significant highway road noise, I woke up startled to hear person in next room coughing and I seriously thought person was inside our room, TV only got one channel after Tamika tried 3 different things to get new tv working, etc. Rooms extremely small. Will never stay here or a Tru hotel again.

Second time we have stayed at this hotel and we specifically sought this spot out due to our stellar experience last year. This hotel is clean with great breakfast. Special shout out to Deloris who went above and beyond to make sure I could wash my baby’s bottles when I didn’t have dish soap. The crew is great, couldn’t say better things.

Not what we expected from a Hilton brand, even though the breakfast was good. Floor in room was very sticky and room refrigerator barely cooled. No blankets. Pillows were much too flat. Pet fee was very high, Worse issue was location -run down motel with storage containers in back and no visible security.

The hotel was modern and up to date no pool which was not a bad thing if you don’t want to swim. The pillows are way to soft and the room need a bit more sound proofing when the cleaning people are working it sounds like a full blown demolition is taking place
