We went for a wedding and the Christmas holiday and it was absolutely amazing. We got a beautiful view of the South Pole holiday attraction, the happy hour was on point the food was delicious breakfast was custom and complimentary and dinner was excellent and affordable. We tried a little bit of all the food they offered and not one disappointed! The service was super friendly and would greet you in the halls. We had to order a few things and they came quickly the space and the cleanliness was phenomenal. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit the Valley again. It was well worth it and just takes you to another place where you're taken care of.

Clarissa is an employee she is very attentive and friendly she made us feel welcome it felt like we were ar home. I love this Hotel it gave me CANCUN vibes like a Resort. From all the Hotels I have visited in the U.S McAllen is by far one of the best it even has staff that brings the food to your table.
