It's located on the side/back of the principal home, It has a private entrance, door located next to garage. The room was designed for two adults to enjoy comfortably. And for guests with a small child, the couch converts into a small bed. There's a full bathroom Partial kitchen: Mini fridge, microwave, Electric burner, coffee maker, etc. The unit also has a 45 inch Smart TV with Netflix provided! Guest access We will provide code for door on day of arrival. The parking area is at “U” driveway right in front of suite door. Property has lots of trees for shade! Other things to note Please note that the home will be supplied with basic items like toilet paper, soap, shampoo to get started- but it is the guest responsibility to make sure they purchase these additional items as needed.
