The reception team Marcus and Alondra are really friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable during the stay.

酒店有shuttle bus接送，在Terminal D需要下一層樓右轉，需要給酒店打電話，大概等15分鐘。早上去機場是40分鐘一班，大概20分鐘到客運大樓，也需要提前預約。我們早上因為趕時間後來打的車。
早飯一般中規中矩吧。

I spent months in the Home 2. The hotel staff was excellent. Salome the head house keeper was a great asset to the McAllen Home 2. Anytime l had a concern with my room she jumped on top of it immediately. Miriam the hotel Manager was a delight and exceptional; she was very personable and a gracious host. I would certainly stay at McAllen Home 2 Suites again for my future visits to McAllen, TX.

Staying at this location has been one of the best Hilton in general experiences I’ve had. The place was very accommodating, friendly, informative, and just what you need when you’re all alone on a business trip. One of the front desk managers Jesse might just have to be a new friend of mine, I don’t think I’ll give him a choice. All in all the owner build the building but the employees build the business and with this group of employees they will do well!

This was a great stay for a last minute layover. I was traveling for a day trip with only a backpack and my business trip was changed. Jesse the frontman and Manny were awesome. Jesse and Manny provided the amenities, local information and with a great Vibe. Great customer service and professionalism. The Home 2 Suites was what was needed for this trip. Thanks, Tony
