"There was a roach in room 316. The desk said that pest control has just been there to spray. I showed them the photo and they said they were sorry. Priceline advertised the hotel as having a pool. There was no pool. We ended up taking the kids to a nearby park. There was also a McDonald’s nearby that had a play place."
