Amazingly welcoming hosts! We really appreciated our stay at La Grande Maison and we not hesitate to book again if we are ever in the area. DO NOT skip on the breakfast, it was great!

Le super séjour
We had an unexpected, amazing stay at La Grande Maison Mazamet! Passing through France, hoping to find some nice places away from the major tourist attractions, and we most certainly did. Both the nice surroundings of Mazamet and the beautiful La Grande Maison. Great spacy rooms, nicely decorated. Excellent service and very friendly owners.
Only downside was the lack of AC since it was quite hot this time of year, but the nice pool almost made up for it.

Brilliant staff …..great hotel
Staff were exceptionally helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport and very nice to deal with. Stunning hotel and spotlessly clean. Great location …thank you kind staff

Very bad cost benefits relationship
Beautiful old house but with limited comfort : shower water gets cold very fast, weak heat in the room , difficult parking in the street in some periods of the day (Sunday for example) and very poor breakfast. Extra charge for cheese , ham and eggs for instance (we were not expecting this even more being in France where we had another great experiences in other hotels in the region)
Very bad cost benefits relationship overall.

Ludovic and Sandrine are the new owners of this beautifully renovated house. We have loved staying with them. They are the most welcoming and helpful hosts. Their home, with its spacious and well-appointed rooms, and the pool, was perfect for us. Our breakfast was fresh and generous, served on the terrace looking out to the garden and a sunny, tree-clad hillside beyond. We enjoyed Sandrine’s dinners too and would happily pay a return visit.

Nous avons découvert la véloccitanie en vélo , et nous y avons fait 5 escales . La grande maison de Mazamet a été notre coup de cœur à tous les trois . Chambre très confortable joliment décorée , repas délicieux , et des hôtes qui savent recevoir avec la disponibilité ,le sourire ,l'attention , les conseils ... tout ce qui fait qu'on se sent vraiment bien accueillis .Même le chien et le chat sont adorables . Nous souhaitons une belle continuation à Sandrine et Ludovic . Petit conseil si vous y séjournez : ne cherchez pas de restaurant à l'extérieur , vous vous régalerez avec la table d’hôte!
