"I’ve just returned from a week’s stay at Der Siegeler with my family over New Year. Our accommodation was large, modern and extremely clean. Der Siegeler had the ski bus stop directly outside and was also a walkable distance to the main street. We took breakfast every morning in our accommodation which was as we expected. We ate out at many restaurants with our favourite being El Toro, Edelweiss, Postwirt, Perauer and Goldkind. We did enjoy a drink below our accommodation at Mikes Sport bar and the staff were extremely friendly, although we did find the bar rather busy with sport screens in every viewpoint (which we should have expected). A fantastic holiday however not as chilled in the evening as we would have liked."

"The new building with the spa area is really beautiful... because it's very spacious, guests are spread out well, so it's pleasantly quiet everywhere... The food looks very good, but the taste is average. The service is really hit and miss. On the first day, a very friendly and attentive waitress, but on the second day, unfortunately, the complete opposite. The rooms are okay; the older part is quite dated, but clean."

"This place is a true gem situated 1 min from Mayrhofen HBF station and 80 mtrs from the ski buses which cover the Zillertal area. The owners and staff are a great team who can’t do enough to make your stay such a great experience. The place is immaculate and the gym and sauna are an added bonus. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and set us up for a day on the slopes. They have various types of accommodation from couples to large families and some with self catering facilities. We loved this place and will definitely recommend it to anyone. Excellent, thank you the Moigg family🍺"

"Good hotel, clean room, a bit of mold in the shower cubicle. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed with a group. There was a rich breakfast and large appetizer buffet. Groups eat separately from a la carte guests. Unfortunately, I discovered that my clothes smelled very much of grease and cooking fumes after eating."

"The apartments are modern, very clean and have basic amenities. Location is on the main highway and walking distance from the main shopping and restaurants. The highway noise is not audible in the complex. Rooms are not very large but comfortable. Housekeeping is every third day and only towels are changed and garbage is removed. No vacuuming or change of sheets is done. Parking is earmarked for each apartment."

"Hotel & Suits Gluck Auf was perfect for our short stay in Mayrhofen, room was very clean spacious and comfortable. Hotel had ample parking and a lift to all floors. Conveniently located the hotel is a short walk to the main street with shops and restaurants. Also very close to the 2 cable car stations serving each side of the valley. The host was very friendly and welcoming and we would certainly stay again."

"Beautiful, cozy boutique hotel with a warm and friendly atmosphere. All of the staff were extremely helpful – nothing was ever too much trouble. The facilities were superb, especially the pool, spa and sauna area, which were a real godsend after a long day on the slopes! Our room was very spacious for two adults and a 16-year-old, with plenty of room and a large, stunning bathroom. It felt really lovely and cozy in the evenings. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and dinner was amazing – beautifully presented with a good selection on the menu, most evenings we had 5 courses! The only small point I would mention is that the dining was perhaps a little too fine-dining oriented for teenagers. It might be nice to have a hearty, ski-style option once during the week, such as homemade pizza, German sausage or roast chicken with fries, or a simple salad. This is not a criticism, just a suggestion, we actually went out for dinner a couple of nights for this option, just broke up the week and a little change from a posh dinner. One minor issue was that tap water was not available at the evening dinner table, and bottled mineral water cost €8. This felt a bit disappointing, especially as guests are encouraged to drink the freshest tap water in the rooms. After a long day on the slopes everyone was very thirsty, and buying bottles each night would quickly add up to over €30. Instead, we filled our water bottles in the room and brought them down to dinner. All in all, we had a wonderful stay – Thank you very much ⛷️"

"Just arrived back from a fantastic stay at this hotel. A group of eight checked in with a warm welcome and minimum of fuss. Perfectly positioned hotel a few seconds from numerous restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was spotless throughout and had an outdoor bar area with heating and table service where the staff provided excellent service. Breakfast buffet superb and once more the staff worked tirelessly. Rooms very clean and tidy and the boot room modern and easy to access. All in all ten out of ten for the hotel and all the staff."

"Well located near the bus station, renovated and large terrace. The appartement was clean and the towels are regularly changed. We also enjoyed the sauna, and the warm welcome. Only remark is that the cutlery was limited for the 4 of us. We recommend the stay."

"Best place ever! Wonderful location. Great facilities. Equipped kitchen. Rooms extremely clean. Helpful staff at the front desk with any needs. Supermarket 2 minutes walk and cable car is around the corner. We did some trekking in the area and it was the perfect place to come back to at the end of the day."

"New and very high quality apartments, good breakfast and comfy beds. Family owned and vey friendly staff. The location is good: only a few minutes walk from the ski lift and Mayhofen center. Supermarket is just down the road. We had half board included, which was in a nearby hotel, but it was not worth it. The food was mediocre, the drinks exceptionally expensive and the was not enough staff. Furthermore you come back with a smell of food in your clothes."
