We were looking for somewhere to stop for a night and came upon the Home 2 Suites. This was our first time seeing this Hilton brand and we were glad we found it! The grounds were pretty, and the hotel was CLEAN from the lobby to our room. really nice set up and decor. We will now be looking for this brand. Loved It!

After a brief overnight stay, our daughter realized she had left behind her two most cherished stuffed animals in the room. Within 24 hours, we contacted multiple staff members, only to be met with repeated dishonesty about "looking into it" and "investigating." Staff assured us that their policy was to never discard items left behind, giving us hope that the stuffed animals would be recovered. We even offered a reward, emphasizing how deeply important these items were to our child. Yet, after showing up in person, we were told the animals had been thrown away. I refuse to believe that perfectly good stuffed animals—found in the sheets—were simply discarded. Instead, I believe we were misled for an entire day, and even now, we have not had the opportunity to speak with anyone in charge. To them, these stuffed animals meant nothing. But to us, their actions and dishonesty speak volumes. While the stay itself was fine, what happened afterward has left us frustrated, with zero accountability and no possible resolution. Customers like us routinely bear the brunt of careless policies, and unfortunately, I know this complaint will likely go unheard.
