Friendly staff. The water in our room took forever to get hot and the tub did not drain so I stood in water past my ankles.

Staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. Pool was closed, which was something we were looking for when booking & was not disclosed. Facilities were decent- probably a nice place back in its day. Our room was clean, however the toilet ran the entire time & the handle fell off of the shower. It did have a small workout facility, but treadmill was not working. Continental breakfast was offered. Not the worst place we have stayed, but needed some work/upkeep.

My family ended up leaving shortly after arriving. The staff was very friendly, but our room smelled like smoke and shower was broke. Also it was advertised that there was a pool and when my family (4 kiddos) arrived we learned the pool has been closed for a couple of years. We would have not booked if we were aware of this. Again the staff was very kind but was not the right place for us.

The room was so smelly from smoke that we were unable to stay the night. Lasted all of 10 minutes before checking out.

The pool wasn't open. Bathroom door needs replaced. Staff very nice. Big place! Did have smoking rooms. Need bigger pillows. Nice flooring in room.

Neat concept It was a very nice place to visit the inside activities area is a cool concept, the pool would be a wonderful thing to have open. My only issue is that I can clearly hear the people who were right outside my door and in the room next to me the whole night. Other than that it was wonderful.

Very nice retro hotel. Lobby and amenities are great but the actual room was very out dated. Bed was terribly uncomfortable and there was a smell as well as plaster falling from ceiling
