The location was wonderful. The atmosphere was great. The room needed just a little bit of extra attention. I am handicapped and required a shower chair. However, I had to sit on it sideways to use it. Management was very helpful. They were very, very helpful and I appreciate it. Overall, it's a great place to stay. i will go back.

Overall, We found the staff very pleasant, and the room clean room. Super8 is our choice for Mattoon. Both times we have traveled, we have enjoyed our room.

Altho the area was having an issue with their water, I feel they could've gotten some bottled water so they could at least have coffee in the morning

Don't expect anything fancy. Staff at the front desk was in pajama pants and sloppy tshirt in the late afternoon. Breakfast consisted of coffee, cold cereal and yogurt. It was quiet though as everyone else was at the nearby hotels and only 2 cars in parking lot of Super 8.
