Worst experience I’ve ever had traveling. The furniture was disgusting and had stains, the carpet was filthy and pieced together in the hallways. We had zero room service, no fresh towels or trash removed, no coffee refreshed. The pool was filthy and you couldn’t even see the bottom of it. All umbrellas were broken and wouldn’t open. Toilet got stuck every time it was used and run nonstop. Everything could be heard through the wall vents.

The hotel itself was very run down especially the rooms. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They could use a full renovation.

When I first got there, I liked how it looked on the outside. After coming inside getting my room, I asked to be changed to the third floor however, the wheelchair that I had was too wide to even get through into the room so I will switch to a first floor bedroom, handy, capable room, which the bathroom light didn’t work then this third room I was had a older, but it was wide enough for me to get into and the shower, I could not use because it was rusty looking inside.

Good but room smelled a little
The staff was friendly and the location was convenient for dining and shopping. But my room smelled like medication plus the room next to me to my right had someone who smoked in their bathroom so it went to my bathroom walls.

Mold in bathroom. No free coffee or breakfast. Rude staff. No houseboy replenish cups, towels, make bed or clean up. Room wasn’t in very good shape when checked in. Two night stay and I should have moved out. I was just too tired to pack up and move on. After 2nd night I left. Also a 40.00 charge was added to my room bill plus a 1:00 charge. No explanation. I blocked payment of the 40,00 charge to my Card.
