There is a lot to like about this hotel. They have full size pillows! It is clean and tidy throughout, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was better than most places at this price point. I would give it 5 stars if the pool was better. The water was cloudy (maybe needed filtering) and too cold. Otherwise, it is a great place!

Was asked to leave because they didn’t want to fix our toilet treated us like we were ignorant very argumentative. Everyone works hard for their money and nobody likes it when their toilet is overflowing with excrement do they?

Pros - The room has a great layout. The front desk attendants were very nice and helpful. The location was great to get to the amphitheater and downtown Chicago. Cons - Pillows Breakfast (skip it!) The 5-6 Housekeeping trolleys in the hall every morning bunched up at the laundry room were hard to navigate around.

The handicapped bathroom in the room we stayed in was a bit grungy. The bench wouldn't stay up in the shower and it has seen better days. I didn't request a handicapped accessible room.
