Super Hotel Matsuyama Reviews

It was about a 10 minute walk to Okaido. I took the tram to Dogo Onsen and it was easy to find and convenient. The hotel staff were very kind. There were ample amenities and I didn't have any problems, and if I stayed multiple nights I got a free mineral water server. It was great. I'll definitely use it again when I go to Dogo Onsen.

This price is normal with breakfast included, but it would be nice if parking was free.

I was impressed with how environmentally conscious the operation is.

The room key combination didn't work so I was given a regular key, but I wish I had been given a different room because of security issues. Strange noises coming from the fridge and the south wall kept waking me up.

I booked a twin room but got a bunk bed. Both were narrow and the mattress was so hot that I couldn't sleep at all.

Great value for money! It's not near Matsuyama Station, but it's close to Dogo Onsen and the location is not bad. The free alcohol at check-in is the best!

The hotel is clean and the cleaning is done thoroughly. The breakfast is buffet style and the menu changes daily and it is very delicious.

I like all the super hotels because they are stable and clean. Breakfast is also included. There is no public bath, but it's about a 15 minute tram ride to Dogo Onsen, so you won't have any problems if you go there. The location is not bad, but the closest station is Katsuyamacho Station, which is about 10 minutes from both Matsuyamashi Station and Dogo Onsen, and it is a 4 minute walk from Katsuyamacho Station to the hotel.

The downside is that it is a little far from the city. The walls of the room are thin Even if you deduct that, the cost performance is still high. I was surprised by the drink service at night. The breakfast was also sufficient and very delicious.

It was normal.

Breakfast was served buffet style. We had to wear disposable vinyl gloves before using tongs to pick up the food, and the hotel staff always disinfected the seats that had been used by others, so I got the impression that they were taking proper precautions against the coronavirus.

두번째 마쓰야마 여행에서 선택한 두번째 호텔! 오카이도에서 살짝 벗어난, 세블럭쯤 떨어진 곳에 위치해 번잡스럽지 않고 살살 걸어다니기 좋은 위치에요. 오카이도와 도고온천의 중간이라고 볼 수 있어요. 한블럭쯤 걸으면 트램정류장도 있어서 이동하기 나쁘지 않아요. 좀 오래된듯 하나 깔끔하게 관리하고 있다는 인상을 받았어요. 베개 선택 가능했고 조식은 먹을만한 것들로만 구성되어 일본 분위기를 느끼기 좋았구요. 카드나 열쇠가 아니라 번호로 도어락을 열수 있는건 정말 편리했어요! 그리고 무엇보다 좋았던건 직원분들의 친절함과 정중한 태도였어요. 시니어 직원과 주니어 직원이 짝을 이루는것 같았는데 시니어 직원분들이 특히 멋졌어요! 호텔리어로서의 자부심이 느껴졌달까요. 그래서 다시 찾아가고 싶은 곳이 되었답니다. 마쓰야마 여행의 마지막날을 함께한 기억에 많이 남는 곳입니다.
