We had a pleasant and satisfying stay at this property. Neat and clean rooms. Polite staffs. Very convenient location. Its on the main road and right opposite to Kirti Mandir. E-Rikshaws are easily available on the go. Overall, we enjoyed our complete experience at Barsana. Note: Their room service and in house restaurant serves strictly with no onions or garlic.

Food is good but lit bit spicy. Property is good for stay at Barsana, but need to work upon cleanliness of washroom as it's bit stinky.

Hotels rooms are good and comfortable. Room size is good. Bed and AC is comfortable. Washroom lighting is low and not so good as that of room. My room washroom has smell which was On and Off. But it is ok and manageable Breakfast was decent and homely. Chhola bhatura, idli, sandwiches, alu paratha was very good. Coconut chutney and Poha needs improvement. Staff Raju, Chetan and Rahul were courteous and nice.

This hotel was by far the highlight of our holiday in Shri Dham Barsana . The members of staff were helpful and understanding to our needs regarding restaurant recommendations and giving directions to the top tourist areas to visit and how to get there. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices. The room that we had stayed in was clean and well kept at all times. I would come back to the hotel in my future endeavors to Barsana , as it made my three day holiday with my family extra special. I would highly recommend it and, in my humble opinion, I would give it 10/10. Special thanks pawan ji🙏🙏

From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. Special thanks to Mr. Pawan at the reception for his professionalism, Mr. Manoj at the restaurant for his courteous service, and Mr. Gabbar and Vishnu from housekeeping for keeping everything spotless with a smile. Not to forget the ever-vigilant and respectful guards, Mr. Rajkumar and Mr. HariShankar, who made us feel safe and cared for. Their collective effort created a homely atmosphere that made our stay not just comfortable, but memorable. A solid 5-star experience for us—thank you all for going above and beyond!
