The first level includes one bedroom w/queen bed, a twin daybed in the sunroom, one full bathroom, and one half bath. Because of the age of the home, the stairs between the first and second level are quite steep (original to the 1900s added construction) and should be navigated by use of handrail with caution. Additionally, there is a spiral staircase off the back patio to navigate to the second floor as well. Guests with mobility issues are recommended to choose a sleeping arrangement on the first floor. The 2nd floor includes a bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a full bed and twin bed, and a 2nd full bathroom with a washer and dryer. The third floor is an expansive open-concept space, perfect for kids and other large groups including five twin beds, three with adjoining twin trundles. Two twins can be pushed together to create a king bed. Total sleeping capacity is 16.Additionally, this home has everything a chef could ask for in a fully stocked kitchen including a large storage pantry, an outdoor grill, and several small cooking appliances.
