Overall it was not a bad experience but on last night, 1 of 5 members had food poisoning with vomiting and stomach pain, next day after we reached mumbai, rest of 4/5 had same problem i. E. Food positioning, the worst ever experience. Since all five had similar problems, it is highly likely, it came from food we had at the usha ascot. Rooms, property, staff etc are all good but these food poisoning has spoiled our experience. Hope hotel is taking due care in terms of quality and hygiene while cooking the food they serve.

everything was good stay, hygiene, rooms. we were not happy that à la carte was not available only buffet. we had to bring food everytime.

The hotel location is quite good in ambience and the stay was quite good. The food quality was impressive during the stay. Must consider stays in Matheran

Great stay. The property is huge and there are several villa options as well. The aesthetics are superb and they have a decent pool as well. The pool also has a bar at dinner time. Hospitality and the food was good. Mostly the crowd was families with small kids but it is suitable for groups as well. Just make sure to take a "room with a view" option when booking. The rooms without a view aren't that great. If you want a resort experience at matheran then usha ascot is probably the best option. For groups i would recommend to get a villa with a pool side view. The drinks are also very reasonably priced.

excellent hospitality rooms were excellent good food and services all activities in house one you enter in resort don't feel to go out as have games, music, live orchestra ,and night disco. only network problem 😒

Excellent stay at usha ascot. The staff is courteous, food is excellent, great property, clean rooms. Can spend entire day at the property itself. One of the largest resorts in matheran, we loved our stay as a family. Kid's play area and pool are a boon for the kids. Overall rating: excellent! highly recommended!
