I went there 5 times. The 4th I was robbed at ALA SOL. They took my debit card from safety box. I have all the proof. I wrote to them but nobody answered. This summer I came back (close, good sea) and the food was terrible. Bar bartenders hated Argentine people and, there was a bad service at restos and bad food.The only food for veggie people was salad! What was worse, you had to “fight” in order to get a chair at the beach! Terrible!
Last but not least, there isn’t a doctor or a place for quick medical attendance. Even though you have your insurance, I was bitten by a giant ant and I almost collapsed. They should have someone in situ.
I love the beach at the place but I am quiet disappointed!

Stayed for one night as going to an event, travelled 3 hours and was greeted with smiles, i want to chuck out a special thankyou to Dayo i think he was a cleaner, we got back at around 2am and he was cleaning away we had a lovely chat and a laugh he was absolutely awesome put a smile on me and my friends face after an abomination of a night, honestly big up Dayo what a legend

I loved the staff from the reception , kids care, restaurant, the overall Cleanning , comfort , very soft pillows… the food is above and beyond , coortesy employees , etc etc Loved !! Just a wonderful place !!

It’s ok, great beach access. Just note that there is no reason and vegetarian should pay the money to go here. And I once saw some of the managers being a bit too tough with the staff for my comfort.

I was invited by a business friend to see him in the hotel. He stayed there for 4 or 5 nights. We set down in the lobby and had a drink together when security guards of the hotel came to us to tell us that I, not being a hotel guest, could not consume anything even if the hotel guest was paying. They asked us to either pay an additional day charge of R$ 480 or me to leave the hotel. My friend and myself have travelled throughout the world for at least 50 years and either of us have ever experienced anything like this. So if you want to choose this hotel be advised that you will not be able to invite anybody to have a drink or anything else in this hotel. Absurd! Fui convidado por um amigo de trabalho para visitá-lo no hotel. Ele ficou lá por 4 ou 5 noites. Sentamos no bar da entrada e tomamos um drinque juntos, quando os seguranças do hotel nos procuraram para dizer que eu, por não ser hóspede do hotel, não poderia consumir nada, mesmo que o hóspede estivesse pagando. Eles nos pediram que pagássemos uma taxa diária adicional de R$ 480 ou que eu deixasse o hotel. Meu amigo e eu viajamos pelo mundo há pelo menos 50 anos e nenhum de nós jamais passou por algo assim. Portanto, se você quiser escolher esse hotel, esteja ciente de que não poderá convidar ninguém para tomar um drinque ou qualquer outra coisa nesse hotel. Um absurdo!

My wife and I have been to a lot of resorts. The buffet here was leaps and bounds better than any of the others we’ve been to.
The variety and taste are the best.
