Beautiful studio with everything necessaryGated apt complex,beautiful and easy access to beach.Owner was very responsive to inquiries.

Getting to the beach
The doors to the recreation area were closed off and that resulted in having to go all around the building, through the parking lot, and through two locked gates…one of the gates locks broke while we were there and it took a few days before it was fixed.Outside of that, the condo was well equipped and had a lovely view.

Modern Apartment, Hub Location
Nice apartment, loved having washer and dryer. So nice to have the apartment amenities, close to shops and services, close to beach and close to El Yunque.

Loved our stay in Luquillo
This was perfect for us! And Gia was very welcoming. She provided additional tips to make our stay extra comfortable. The accommodation was clean. Super easy check-in. We were totally happy! Thank you!!

Great little apartment
This is a very nice little apartment with a great central location. There are all the little extras you could ever need here, there was even beach chairs, a cooler, and some boogie boards to use. The beach is absolutely beautiful right in front of the condo. It’s within a safe walking distance to luquillo downtown and there are plenty of good places to eat there. I would definitely stay here again.

Family in San Juan
My adult daughters stayed in the apartment. They said it was clean. They had everything they needed. Only issue was the elevator. It was broken on and off the entire stay. Had to climb six flights with beach gear several times. Would definitely stay there again if the elevator gets fixed.

Wonderful stay
Check in process was easy. Gated community with pleasant staff. Host is super helpful and was prompt to respond. Great communication and excellent experience 😊
