Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. Laut Homepage sollte das Schwimmbad bis 21:00 Uhr geöffnet sein. Vor Ort wurde uns mitgeteilt das es nur bis 18:00 Uhr geöffnet hat. Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Fernbedienung vom TV defekt. Frühstück war einfach aber okay.

Wir haben als Familie dass Hotel gebucht, weil wir vor Corona einen guten Urlaub in dem Hotel verbrachten. Nach Corona war unsere Buchung weg, wegen Computerabsturz. Bei Abreise wollten wir die Rechnung bezahlen, ging nicht Computerabsturz. Die zugeschickte Rechnung, hatte 40.00 Euro mehr drauf .Kommunikation gleich Null, niemand ist wegen des Rechnungsbetrages zuständig viele Anrufe. Auf Grund der Enttäuschung werden wir da keinen Urlaub mehr buchen.3 Sterne sind zu viel, eigentlich nur 1 Stern, wenn überhaupt. So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Keine Werbung für das Hotel. Küche und Reinigung waren gut, nur Geschäftsleitung und Buchhaltung Katastrophe.
