We stayed here for a week, we had a sea view balcony room which had the most amazing views. We did experience issues with the smart TV in the room where the YouTube and Netflix features did not work until the last night - wasn’t a major issue but one evening the weather was quite bad so would’ve liked to made the most of being able to watch something in our room. The breakfast had a good variety with fresh pastries and lovely fruit juices. The staff were very helpful, the free shuttle bus came in handy for trips down into Sorrento. The only negative was during the checkout process, we were handed an invoice with no explanation of what it was for but just to pay it. We were not thanked for our stay, nor asked how our stay was. It was quite a disappointing end to our trip if we are honest - the staff member was Azul, I feel we were not met with any sort of communication. We would however stay again for the lovely views and other staff members

We LOVED this hotel. We stayed for a week and always received a friendly hello when we came back everyday. The room was incredibly comfortable, very nice bed, extra pillows in the cupboard, lots of storage space. The bathroom was big and shower was really nice. Amazing view of the Bay of Naples from the balcony. The shuttle bus is easy to book either at reception or on WhatsApp. We had one night where the shuttle bus didn't turn up (I think it had broken down or wouldn't start or something) the receptionist went above and beyond to support us getting back to the hotel but we were happy to wait for the next bus a little later. While we did use the shuttle bus often to get into Sorrento we really did love just being a short walk from the village of Sant'Agata. The first part of the walk can be a bit sketchy as there's no pavements but it's definitely worth it for the restaurants and cafés. Breakfast every morning was lovely, a wide selection and a little coffee machine which was really nice, also a wide selection of teas. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone, and if we ever come back to Sorrento I wouldn't think twice about booking this hotel again.

My wife and I have just returned from the most amazing week staying at the Grand Hotel Due Golfi. We really couldn’t have asked for more. Firstly all staff were really friendly,especially the reception team who always greeted us with a pleasant smile and couldn’t do enough for us to ensure our stay in Italy was a memorable one. The views from our room overlooking the Bay of Naples was quite stunning as was the similar view from the hotels infinity pool and outside bar area. The cocktails served at the bar were fabulous so we were sure to visit each night before heading to bed. Our room #204 was lovely and were glad that we paid the additional premium for the sea view, which as previously mentioned was stunning from our balcony. The hotel is situated outside of the bustling town of Sorrento up in the hills but it was never a problem getting to and fro as they have a well organised shuttle bus service that runs there throughout the day and night. To summarize a fabulous stay in a beautiful hotel with very attentive and friendly staff. Can’t wait to return.

Firstly the views from this hotel are incredible! I could have stared at them forever! The hotel itself is in a great location to reach Sorrento/amalfi coast/capri. There is a free shuttle bus that runs to and from Sorrento every day, which is amazing as it saves so much on taxi’s. The food at the hotel was so delicious and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Really great cocktails also! The rooms were a decent size and very clean. If you have a Seaview room, the views are amazing. The pool area and gardens were so pretty and well kept, and again, the view from the pool was just amazing! 100% recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in/near Sorrento!
