This is the second time we have visited this hotel. Another cheap and flawless experience building lifetime memories. Again for the second time we didn’t need to leave the hotel complex because it has everything you need and more for a relaxing week in the sun by the pool with some cocktails. We will be coming again for sure! Thank you!

Staff very friendly and hard working, especially restaurant staff and cleaners. Room was clean and perfectly nice, lovely balcony view too, aircon unit in the room but needed the balcony door open to use it. We appreciated being given a cold dinner in the restaurant when we arrived late and also the bottles of water in our room, which we also kept receiving throughout the week were nice too. The hotel is nice, food is good and pool bar was great. There is the issue of people getting up very early to claim sunbeds, before 8am, this was annoying as we enjoy a lay in on holiday, but was not a huge issue as we did find sunbeds just ones further away and shaded for most the morning. WiFi also wasn’t great, very in and out. Location not too bad, right next to taxi rank too and Aldi next door. Entertainment was some nights better than others however wasn’t an issue for us. Would recommend the hotel overall and me and my boyfriend had a lovely week and enjoyed some good food and the sun!

Should be four star! Stayed all inclusive. Clean and lively hotel with wide array of food available. Lots of fresh options and caters for every taste palate. They keep things interesting at the buffet by introducing new dishes and having themed nights. Only downside is that they don’t replenish your teas and coffees each day when cleaning the room. To me, this seems ridiculous when you have paid all inclusive!

Lovely clean hotel. Food was great and constantly replenished. Hotel is at the top of a very steep hill, but you can walk through a park to get down to the main roads to access public buses. The entertainment was very good. Bar staff are very friendly and hot bar snacks are available until 6pm. The only downside is the sun loungers, they are not the most comfortable. The pool opens at 8.30am and it's like something off the tv to watch people queuing and then racing down to pick their sun loungers !! Hotel advertise that if they are not occupied in 90minutes they will be removed, but never saw this happening. If you use the hotel towels you have to pay a €10 deposit plus a daily rental fee, but you can change your towel every day. There is also a fee to pay to use the room safe. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Really impressed! As a first holiday without parents, 6 of us stayed for 7 nights and had a great time. Lots of food and drink options at the buffet restaurant with some basic beer and wine on tap to help yourselves!Staff were lovely, entertainment staff are especially amazing. So fun and bubbly, providing lots of games everyday and every evening. The poolside bar had burgers, salad, chips and ice cream. There was a good selection of cocktails and drinks to order from the bar as well as soft drinks, coffee and juice to help yourself. Good amount of sun loungers so we didn’t have to do the 6am race! Our rooms were cleaned everyday with our towels and bedding being replaced. Ceiling fan and air conditioning in the room and beds were comfy as well. Receptionists were very helpful during both check in and the rest of our stay. We could order a taxi through reception and by the time we got outside it was already there which was really helpful. As well as a free bus down to the beach. Overall we had a great time and highly recommend!

Lovely hotel, great room over looking pool area. The room was spotless, comfy beds and good bathroom. The entertainment was good, something for everyone. Food was typical AI, You could always find something to eat. Good selection of salads,pasta dishes. I loved the rice dishes, very tasty. I loved the pool area, my only gripe was the beds were packed together too tightly. So not much space between you and other people. Otherwise a great holiday for the price. I would definitely visit again.

The entertainment staff are amazing always getting people involved and making them feel welcome. Our family/friend favourite is Julio his energy is out of this world!amazing place 10/10 recommend will be coming back again next year!☀️

Just back from a 2 week holiday here with my husband and son. All staff where friendly, hotel was really clean rooms where spacious and had what you needed for a AI holiday cleaners out every day there was door tags for you to put on door if didn’t need room cleaned, food was really tasty had loads of different options for breakfast lunch and dinner as well as the snack bar at pool you could never go hungry. Good atmosphere round the pool area with aqua aerobics and some games they also had the magic carpet out which kids and adults loved and had a pool party too while we where there, entertainment at night was good too usually starts about 9ish fans finishes just before 11 it’s a family friendly hotel never had to complain about noise at any point through our holiday, it also has 2 pool tables and a small amusement room keeps kids and adults occupied. There is also a sports bar connected to the hotel that shows football matches and the boxing while we where there and their food is lovely had a few of their pizzas while there but this isn’t included in your AI. We done the waterpark package that was worth the extra money, only flaw but just a little one is air conditioning could be a bit better but other than that had an amazing stay and would definitely go back I highly recommend this hotel every single staff member deserves a pat on the back for the work they do xx

Honest review The hotel wasn’t bad but not in the best location They have a rule about reserving sun loungers which wasn’t adhered to, the pool opens at 08.30, all the beds and parasols get reserved pretty quick although people don’t appear until late afternoon which means some family’s didn’t have a parasol when there were nobody on the beds. The info sheet on arrival says towels will be removed if nobody was on the lounger after 90 mins…never happened The pool bar food was ok, normal stuff like burgers pizza chicken nuggets They only served drinks in reusable plastic cups, even in the evening. Sometimes the cups were not clean, this really put me off. The smell of the mop also put me off as the area often smelled sour. We didn’t eat in the main restaurant after attending on the first night, despite being all inclusive. The staff were friendly and if you had small kids the entertainment team were great. The reception cut off the all inclusive band on checkout which is at 12pm, our flight was not til 9pm . Our air con unit in the room flooded the floor on 3 occasions. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels, the cleaners are really lovely, they start early so I recommend putting the sign on the door if you are not an early riser. There are some lovely restaurants outside the hotel that can be booked as part of the all inclusive, the hotel don’t mention this when you check in, we found out from another guest! The Chinese wasn’t the greatest, love and hate restaurant and bolognaise the Italian were awesome

I'm actually shocked at the reviews as we had a great time, staff weren't rude at all, were actually really polite with me and my family..beds weren't that bad to get. I came down at 815 and there was 3 people infront of me so getting a choice of where to sit by the pool was fairly easy..didnt smell any **** until we went into the towns..it must be a timing thing as when we went it was busy but not overly busy, during the week it got busier and thats when rowdy drinkers began arriving. Which is inevitable when its all inclusive. But other than that no problem with the place at all food was decent pools were decent. I agree there ain't much to do around the area but everything is within taxi distance which cost you around €7

What a LONG 7 days I had here! Let’s get started on your bar staff and just staff in general,you’re rude as anything,from bartenders getting to brave thinking they can give attitude to you when you order a drink “mimicking” the way you speak to a bartender refusing to serve me until I say “hello” even though nobody infront of me in the Que said hello either…now let’s get onto the rooms,the cleaners hardly cleaned at all to even give me the same bed sheets and duvet covers for 3 days straight!!! Also can’t even mop a balcony all they done was put my bedsheets neatly,also when your in your room it’s nothing but a sweat box as there is no air con and the fan on our sealing looks like it’s been headbutted and looks like the leaning tower of piza,your chefs can’t cook at all they either cook it burnt as a crisp or hardly even cook it at all, the chicken leaving it chewy as chewing gum,and I’m talking EVERY type of food from garlic bread to burgers,chicken nuggets the lot!!! Can’t smoke a cigarette or even a vape until you walk all the way to the top of the hotels smokers area or outside the front of the building by reception,and if you even have 1 puff of a vape on the sunbed,the manager or there little side kick will come close to your face and be extremely rude and also no refreshments available throughout the night until half past 10 in the morning,unless you make it to the breakfast before 10 you can’t have a drink as they only do juices and warm drinks,this is not all inclusive as we’ve had to walk to the shop every day to get drinks for the night as there made not available,THERES NOT ENOUGH SUNLOUNGERS FOR ALL THE GUESTS,having to make sure your waiting down there at 7am to have to all fight for a sun lounger for when they open at 8:30 am,there night entertainment don’t start till 9/9:30pm,and then the bar closes at 11pm?!?!? Overall I’ll never stay here ever again and I will continue to tell people who suggest to go to this place never to go there!

If you have the opportunity to swap your holiday, do it now. This hotel is awful, staff are rude, rooms have no air con, unless you pay extra, per day for it, we were told to request a late check out room the day before actually checking out, to be informed none available, so had to wait til 640pm to be collected by coach. Seen loads of cockroaches, I think someone was doing an experiment at one point with chicken nuggets, they were strategically placed on the steps and were there a few days. Sun bed wars is awful, unless you are prepared for a sprint at 7am then i wouldnt bother, there are definitely not enough sunbeds for the amount of guests. Entertainment during day very limited, not even any music by pool, and entertainment at night starts around 9pm, we went out most nights, which you shouldnt have to at the price we paid for the all inclusive. Everyone I have spoken to in the hotel, would not come back and neither would we.

been robbed, whole room was re arranged and my euros were taken by housekeeping. we love gran canaria but never in our lives would we return to this awful hotel. AVOID

Queuing for sun beds at 7.30 bar queues ridiculous food cold have to sit on sun beds to watch evening entertainment coz there not enough chairs everything is very cramped from the sun beds to the table and chair at the evening felt like you were sat n people’s knees
