Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mason/Kings Island

The service was great

Could have been better. Breakfast was garbage room was uncomfortable nobody slept well They did not refund us the nite we did not stay.

Stayed at the Microstel in Mason near the Freeway and The Cincinnati Open Tennis Tournament which is within walking distance...about 25 min....The TV is very small for a hotel room, like maybe 16 inches diagonal. The beds are comfortable but We were there for 8 straight days and they will only change the sheets every 4th day.. Since these are hotel sheets they really should do this every 2nd day at the most! The breakfasts are Ok, always some fresh fruit like bananas and apples and maderin oranges. They only have reg Milk, no Oat or Almond...boo....The bagels are fresh and the toaster works OK. The eating area only has about 4 tables, maybe 5 so go early or take your breakfast to the room. And the TV doesn't have T2 tennis channel app. They need to add this to all the TV's. Parking is free and big. Rooms are quiet. And NO Decaf Coffee at the desk, only Reg Coffee and Hot water for Tea. The rooms have a coffee maker and they do have Decaf packs at the desk. So improvements: Have Decad at the Desk. Have a bigger flat screen TV in the Rooms, change sheets every 2 days please. And have shuttle from the hotel to the Tennis complex please. And add Almond or Coconut liquid for breakfast. Other than that the Hotel is OK.

You get what you pay for, but I also think it could be or should be better at the price. Bathroom smelled like mildew (especially the shower curtain) and there was a stain on the bed sheet by the side/by the feet which i honestly could not tell you if it was an unremovable stain or straight up had not been washed since the previous guest. Area surrounding has much to do with some parts a bit of a far walk but walkable nonetheless! (No sidewalks though)

One night only Just an overnight stay, but delighted by the service, amenities and cordial staff. I'll come back again when I have business to do in Cincinnati.
