Location and outdoor space was great. Spacious. Nice view. I found the kitchen and bathrooms to be lacking many necessities and there were a couple of dangerous tripping hazards in the unit. Property mgr was very responsive and corrected most deficiencies.

Great place
Very clean. Management was quick to respond with any questions. Easy check in and out. We have kids ages 2, 4, 8, and 12. They all had so much fun and loved the beach.

Family Reunion
Was back in Michigan for a Family reunion.
The location was perfect for us.
The views of the ship up and down the river was great and enjoyable.
Management was quick to respond to and easy to work with.
Easy to Check in and out.
Outdoor area was a nice welcome.
