Vits Daman Devka Beach

We stayed here as a family of 8 and let me sum up our experience Excellent buffet spread for breakfast - quite sumptuous including fresh juices, fresh fruits, eggs as per your liking, sausages, idli, paratha etc and most of these were quite tasty. Nice food at the restaurant - their egg fried rice and tawa veg stood out Humble staff - helped my dad who is wheelchair bound and assisted as and when needed. Decent rooms - the cottages were cute albeit smelt of paint from the nearby work in progress. We loved the live music and the choice of songs on a Friday evening. Housekeeping was quite attentive to any demands we had. On the improvement front surely they don't have a reception area and you don't get a feeling of entering a hotel as such. Also the dining area is adjacent to the reception and without air conditioning - which could make it unpleasant especially during summers. As many have mentioned, there is work in progress and so some dust and smell of paint in the rooms could be a challenge. Smoking and non smoking rooms are not differentiated - we got a strong smell of cigarettes when we entered one of the deluxe rooms but they managed to assign us another room which was quite decent. It was a decent stay I would say but guests need to be aware of the construction work which could put some people off for the time being.

Nice property / well maintained rooms - bathroom / services / staff / swimming pool. They have a big sitting area for breakfast so that everyone can sit nd enjoy their meal……… I must say its good decision to stay here with friends. Whenever i ll come again in daman, i ll stay here only….. its good to stay here with friends / family / couple………………
