Baymont by Wyndham Marshfield

To say this was a terrible experience would be an understatement. This is a list of everything that made it unacceptable. I have pictures too if you’d like. - [ ] Shower dirty - [ ] Pool closed to public health violation since August 2024, never mentioned this on the phone so I didn’t know - [ ] mirror nasty hazed over - [ ] Shower curtain had dirt spots on it but even worse was brown and crusted hard at the bottom - [ ] Fridge smelled like beer - [ ] Tv did not work - [ ] Holes in dresser - [ ] No working bathroom fan - [ ] No control over heat/cooling and unit in room didn’t work (yes I checked to see if it was plugged in) - [ ] Only 2 towels in bathroom On top of all the icky I felt, when I went to book online, my total was 101.00 it wasn’t taking my card so had to call hotel. He said that must have been a promo (I was on the actual way dim baymont marshfield site because I double checked). They wouldn’t honor that price and charged me 165.00. My friends that called two minutes before me paid 110.00. I was hoping my dumpy room was a fluke. It the two other friends who stayed here had rooms that were just as bad. I really hope that you interview and hold this location to a higher standard because at this point there is no way I could get myself to stay at another baymont or Wyndham hotel any time soon until I’m assured you hold hotels from your chain accountable.

pool closed for violations laundry was not operation

disappointed pool was closed for violations and we really had wanted to swim, the laundry facilities were out of order. extreme fragrance in halls

Absolutely do NOT stay here Absolutely awful hotel. Pool and hot tub were the only reason we booked and they both were shut down even though I called to ask prior to booking- our tv didn’t work/had no remote (when asked to get a new remote, they found the tv didn’t work), our toilet was broken and full of pee, beds were extremely hard, nothing was clean. Absolutely not worth the stay. We came for a softball tournament and expected to be able to take a hot shower when we couldn’t. The hot water was a lukewarm shower with no pressure one night and high pressure the next. Also, hope you like the sound of car engines revving/car show/ Walmart parking lot views because that’s what you get.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and the pool was closed both times. The 'guaranteed in room coffee maker' was non-existent. Room was not clean.
