Such a wonderful place to stay on our visit to Malta , the accommodation was really comfortable really clean and the breakfasts were lovely. Charmaine who served us breakfast was a delight and really helpful. It was a little difficult to get clarity on how I would access the accommodation out of hours on arrival, but with a little patience we overcame that difficulty and I would definitely recommend this lovely guest house and return again.

It felt dark because it was on the first floor, but it was spacious and nice!! And when you open the veranda door, there is no screen, so mosquitoes come in easily😭 But the owner's kindness, breakfast, and service were really good :) I also saw the Sunday market and had a good tour of the southern part. Next time I visit Malta, I want to come back again. Thank you🥰

Sad and impersonal hotel, without soul. No one to greet you at 5:45 p.m. on a weekday. Room with a very small window overlooking the opposite walls. Feeling like you're suffocating. Need electric light all the time! Tiny and impractical bathroom. Breakfast very insufficient, not very plentiful, not very varied and not qualitative. Wake up at 7 a.m. to the sound of the jackhammer! Unfriendly staff, who rush to ask you for your payment, despite your dissatisfaction and before the end of your stay!!! The name and photos of this establishment are misleading: no sea view, no French window!!! Hotel to absolutely avoid. We stayed in three other very good hotels before this one, which was the worst and ruined our end of stay in Malta.

Very well located 50 m from the port promenade where there are all the restaurants. Standard room and shower room, well equipped and clean. Buffet breakfast with everything you need. Despite everything, a rather mixed feeling because our room, with a very small window facing an interior wall which gives a feeling of confinement. The same goes for the breakfast terrace, where we waited with photos of the site with a grandiose view. However, between the dirty windows plus the mosquito net we actually see nothing. Besides, I couldn't take photos. It is difficult to locate this establishment which is not a hotel strictly speaking, nor a b&b/guesthouse because it does not have the conviviality. This feeling is very personal, because it all depends on what we expect from it.

I booked through *********** and the whole process was flawless. The host Andrew was extremely responsive to queries on the platform. When it got time to check in, it was a little unconventional to ring the buzzer on the intercom, be buzzed in and see everything with my name on the desk. It would appear the front desk is manned mainly in the mornings. When you check out just drop off the key cards in the drop bin at the front desk. We had room 34 which was the quadruple room even though there were only two of us but the room is ideal for families. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean almost spotless. The bathroom was a shower cubicle and slightly on the smaller side. There was also nice touch from our hosts in which I had got a bottle of water and Maltese wine! Breakfast was served on the fourth floor terrace and you had nice views of the harbour. The breakfast was fine being a spread of boiled eggs, baked beans, pastizzi, cold cuts and cheese. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well. If you’re renting driving or renting car there is street parking but there is a big parking area near the football ground on the edge of town about a five minute walk away. I parked there and just brought car to the guesthouse entrance to load and unload. For me, it was definitely to best place to stay in Marsaxlokk. My stay was flawless and comfortable with only little bit of feedback would be is to perhaps get the windows washed on the terrace as it does mar the view a little bit. Would definitely come back here when I visit Malta again.

A little disappointed with the room we booked. We thought we would have a room with a (partial) sea view or at least on the upper floor as described on Booking, unfortunately we did not check the details of the confirmation and we had a very dark room (n°12) with a French window opening onto a fully walled courtyard at a height of 4m (revealing all the evacuation pipes with the noise that goes with them), which means having the lights on constantly, a real bunker. The bathroom with toilet is ridiculously small, and impossible for two people to fit in there. The whole is nevertheless very clean, the breakfast is ok but at least salty products where the choice is very limited, this is served on the roof terrace with a beautiful view of the port. Be careful if you arrive a little late, there will only be leftovers, especially if a few "badly behaved" customers or young customers have taken stock for the lunchtime picnic...(seen). The location is quite quiet despite the incredible number of construction sites in progress on Marsaxlokk and generally on the entire island, but there are always unscrupulous and noisy customers who think they are allowed to do anything and spoil your night. In summary, this Guest Cover is unfortunately quite impersonal, soulless and the customer seems to be transparent. Too bad, we had hoped for better.
