Nous avions réservé au restaurant de Jean Francois Piegge la Terrasse. Nous nous attendions à une carte un peu plus élaborée même pour une carte type brasserie. Mais malheureusement même ces plats basiques furent décevant. Carpaccio daurade tranché épais, brochette « piqué agneau » décevante car trop cuite , poulpe avec haricots coco vraiment sans intérêt, club sandwich avec pain toasté froid et très mou se découpant mal et pommes allumettes froides. J’avoue que le dessert m’a plu avec l’appareil à soufflé au chocolat dans ce petit plat , vraiment très bien. Mais aussi grande déception pour la carte des vins très limitée même dans les choix de vins marocains qui peuvent être excellents. Notre invité qui avait choisi ce restaurant sur le nom de Jean Francois Piegge , pensant faire un grand dîner fut déçu et nous aussi. Dommage !

I’ve never been to a health spa before and needed a detox. My experience was quite exceptional. The treatments (three a day) and the accompanying meal plan were all top class. , Karem in the spa was fabulous. The hotel was also amazing. The staff overall provided superb service and were very friendly.

Selman hotel provides you with exceptional service and experience. The atmosphere is stunning. Special thank you to Concierge Adil, Cavalier Sadiq and Receptionist Fatima Zahra. Our daughter had a fantastic dressage class. And the stables are just immaculate state so are the horses

Nous avons passé 5 jours de rêves dans ce palace tout est fait pour nous faire plaisir et le service excellent Les soins du spa sont plein d attention et d efficacité La terrasse de Jean François Piège vient d ouvrir nous avons eu la chance de dîner et de nous régaler C est la Féerie des sens nous reviendrons!!!
