Second time visit and really nice to be back pools and drinks all day. Sun was shining, staff was really good and recognised us from last visit. Felt like we were home from home again. Made friends with the waiter and on the day of leaveing even had bought us present. Well worth the visit.

This hotel is lovely. With some beautiful well kept gardens with olive, lemon & pomegranate tress. The staff can not do enough for you all very polite & friendly, from the housekeeping , bar lads/girls & restaurant staff. The towel lady is lovely - paid £40 deposit for 2 pool towels which we changed daily. The entertainment team are brilliant especially Amin & Happiness. Always getting everyone involved both day & in the evening. There’s a free shuttle bus which takes you to & from old Marrakech and only takes about 20 minutes- it’s a must to go, see & experience. The shop on site is very expensive so make sure you take your own lilos, snacks etc. There is a little shop in the wall approx. 5 minute walk from the hotel gates.

James the barman by the pool , oking, , happiness , Lamia ,Bouchra amazing staff, everyone was amazing and attentive. Food every day was great, property and grounds were beautiful. Would highly recommend.
