The riad itself was probably nice and doesn’t deserve such a low rating overall, but I had a really unpleasant experience when paying the city taxes. The man at the reception first tried to charge me more than what was due, and then deliberately gave me the wrong change. It wasn’t about the small amount of money — it’s just that he clearly tried to trick me, even after I pointed it out. He kept pretending to be confused, and in the end I left because I was running late. It really left a bad impression.

The stay here was amazing, very unique experience. It felt like home, and the breakfast was one of the best I had. If you are visiting Morocco, strongly recommend this place.

Abdahrim was incredible!! So kind and welcoming. I requested a late check out and they gave it to me. I also had to hang out for a while because I had a late flight and they let me.

We stayed here mid july. Found it hard to find at first after being left from a taxi with unclear directions. Its down little ally ways which are fine to walk down, even at night. Nice welcome tea and snack on arrival. The place is clean and traditional. Lovely little room ( tantan) a little fridge would have made it although i know space was short but they let us store our water in the kitchen fridge kindly . Aziz was great, very willing to help with any issue. Also let us shower and change for our flight home in his room after check out time. Bit disapointed in the pool. We didnt use it as it was really murky looking. Brekfast was traditioal with a mix of foods . All the staff friendy The roof terrace was a haven for 3 hrs each afternoon to lie and read in the shade. Loved the shower but the bathroom mirror light didnt work so that would have been better and a mirror in the room as plugs near bed only so hard to sort my hair . All in all a lovely place where the staff go out of their way for you . Would visit again. Thank you

We both myself and my wife spent 7 days and everything including the hospitality and breakfast was perfect. Generosity of accommodating us on the ground floor was very much appreciated. All the staff were very cooperative, helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the stay. I would highly recommend booking this hotel.

We had a great stay. A short 10 minute walk from the square. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Nice breakfast. Room cleaned daily and fresh towels if required. Served Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice spa facilities. Would recommend Will visit again.

Riad unforgettable in its style... the emotion is unique... we spent five really challenging days but when we returned home in short in the Riad the scenery is pure relaxation... here you can rest your mind and body!! waking up in the morning is exciting... the birds play a wonderful song... congratulations to all the staff... really friendly
