Don’t be shocked when you’re taken to a cheap back office beside the portal of the hotel after you arrived. It’s here where the check-in and check-out and all the guest related issues are handled. After you’re cleared you’re lead through a luxuriously decorated hall that seems to have been designed to be the reception of a five star hotel. The actual purpose of it was never revealed.
The service was acceptable at best. One had the impression the personal was hiding from the guests.
That said the hotel has marvelous premisses and the suites are decorated tastefully.
The pool is too cold!

The palace is 15-20 minutes from the medina because there is a lot of traffic.
The entrance hall is very pretty but you have to look quickly, it is very dilapidated! We had the sandalwood suite, it leaves something to be desired, the bathroom is mediocre because the joints need to be redone, it lacks a lot of freshness, it's a shame because in the end you only remember the swimming pool which is really pleasant in a quiet area. There is great potential but it is too old

The hotel, the owners father & Son, really they make it magical…you can feel everywhere.
The garden was in perfect state, the suites are big, with separate spaces, living room with couche and& Chill couche etc etc, 2 tv’s, jacuzzi and separate shower

Que dire une premiere fois dans un palais nous étions adepte aux hôtel … mais pour le coup on réside actuellement jusqu’au 26 septembre dans la suite khadija . Tout et carré et nickel de l’accueille au service tout et agréable même le personnel la piscine et propre et d’un calme fantastique vraiment pour le coup ce palais sera notre QG des notre prochain passage au Maroc . Un grand merci au personnel qui même sous cette chaleur reste poli et souriant ♥️

Hotel de charme,trésor architectural,très bien tenu,belle piscine,beau decor rempli d’antiquités et œuvres d’art de qualité musée.Nourriture correcte sans plus,argumentation au niveau du prix car prix moindre sur le site de daypass.Nous avons dû discuter avec le haut dirigeant qui nous a credité la différence de prix.Quand même une excellente journée piscine dans un palais des milles et une nuits.

The garden and pool are wonderful, hotel employees try their best, the property was probably very nice when built about 30 or 40 years ago but now shows age and serious lack of maintenance. Roaches and ants in the rooms, bathrooms very old. While the grounds are great I would not return to this hotel. I went for the cheap rate and I got what I paid for.

It’s a beautiful property with excellent staff. The room air conditioner was not working despite multiple attempts to fix it. They did try their best and kept pushing to give me a great experience
